Payment
We find that PayPal offers one of the quickest and safest methods of payment. However, you can also use your credit card thanks to our CCNow option. Please note that we will cancel all sales that have not been paid for within 3 days of purchase. The goods will be returned to our inventory and you will not be charged.
Shipping
We use reputable and well-renowned organizations such as UPC, USPS, DHL and FedEx to ship our goods. If you purchase fragile or valuable items, Coffeehots.net will insure them for no extra charge. USPS Media Mail will be used to ship videotapes and books.
If you are in need of several items, we encourage you to purchase them all at once in order to save on shipping costs. We will reply as soon as possible with instructions on how to place your order to save you money on shipping.
Returns
At Coffeehots.net, we pride ourselves on having an overwhelming level of customer satisfaction. However, if you wish to return an item, we will gladly refund your money though shipping costs unfortunately cannot be discounted also. However, we will refund shipping for overnight orders. Just return the item in its original packaging with all its original tags.
When returning goods, they must be post marked within 48 hours of the RA# being issued and we must receive the goods within 30 days of delivery. We cannot guarantee the refund of any item which has been custom made for your needs.
We cannot refund unauthorized returns but we do guarantee that a local charity benefits. We donate all non-refundable returns to charity unless the customer pays for the shipping, in which case they will receive the item which will be delivered to them once again.
In the event that you receive a faulty item, return it as soon as possible for a free replacement. The replacement will be of the same model as the faulty item. If there is no replacement available, the customer will receive a 100% refund. Customers should open all merchandise upon receipt.
