How Much Will I Pay For Shipping?
Please read our shipping page for more information on pricing. We charge a flat rate of $15 per item for deliveries to Canada. Our American customers often benefit from FREE shipping.
I Need To Return An Item, What Do I Do?
If for any reason, you do not wish to keep your purchase, please email us within 48 hours of you receiving the product(s). We will issue you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN). You must place the RAN on the outside of the package in clear view when returning. We will inspect the package and refund the full price (minus shipping and provided the package is returned in the same condition as you received it). You must send the items to be returned, complete with RAN number within 48 hours of receiving it. We recommend using Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail but unfortunately, the cost of returning the package must be paid by the customer.
Notes: If you received items via FREE shipping, the cost of handling and shipping the product(s) incurred by the company will be deducted from the refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns where the box has been opened or the item(s) have been used. If you are ineligible when it comes to returning your item(s), it is possible that your request to return the product(s) will be denied without further information being provided.

Do You Pay Cash For Clicks Or Leads Which Have Been Referred?
Not at present. We reward our affiliates handsomely when they refer a sale however. This is why we make sure that our team works tirelessly to ensure that your hard work in getting referrals is rewarded.
Can International Visitors Join The Program?
Yes! Although we only deliver our merchandise to the United States and Canada, affiliates from overseas who know friends, family etc. in North America are welcome to join in and earn themselves some money. We must point out that all affiliates are paid in U.S dollars however.
Is My Website Eligible?
Although we welcome referrals from a range of websites, we do have a few rules. Your website must:

* Have content and not be a site dedicated to just referring sites for profit
* Not be involved in the promotion of sexually explicit material
* Not promote violent or criminal behavior
* Not promote drugs or other illegal substances

How Long Does It Take For Me To Earn A Commission?
All commissions are approved once 20 days have elapsed after delivery of the product or 45 days after the sale occurs, whichever is quickest.
What Is The Limit On The Amount I Can Earn?
Great news, there is no limit! You can earn as much as you like per month. If you earn $5,000 worth of commissions in a month, you would be paid every last cent.
When Do I Get Paid?
We pay all customers once per month, on the first day of each month provided the sales were completed on or before the 15th of the previous month. For example, if you referred a sale and it was completed on November 15th, you would be paid on December 1st. If the sale was completed on November 23rd, you would be paid on January 1st. Our minimum payment is $100 and your commissions carry over until that mark is reached.
Explain The Payment Structure
We have a unique payment structure which is designed to maximize your potential profit. We have two different payment levels and once you get to level 2, you are eligible for more convenient payment options.

Tier 1 Payment:
We allow you to choose between receiving your commission as a percentage of the sale or as a flat dollar rate. Both percentage and flat rate have 3 different levels which can be reached once you reach 30 sales. Therefore, you reach level 2 on Tier 1 when you reach 30 sales and level 3 is achieved when you reach 60 sales. Below is a list of the 3 levels of commission in both percentage and flat rate:
Percentage Commission:
* Level 1: 10% of sales referred (if you refer $200 worth of sales, you receive $20)
* Level 2: 15% of sales referred (if you refer $200 worth of sales, you receive $30)
* Level 3: 20% of sales referred (if you refer $200 worth of sales, you receive $40)
Flat Rate Commission:
* Level 1: $15 per individual sale
* Level 2: $20 per individual sale
* Level 3: $25 per individual sale
When you refer a customer to us and they buy another item within 90 days of their first purchase, you will receive the requisite level of commission for this sale.
Tier 2 Payment:
You will receive 15% commission from the sales of everyone you refer to the affiliates program who purchases goods from Coffeehots.
Payment occurs once a month, with $100 the minimum payment. Amounts less than this are carried over.
You will receive your commission via PayPal. Those on Level 2 and above can also be paid via US ACH bank transfer.
Can I Use My Affiliate Link to Receive A Discount?
No. Our affiliate program is not designed for discounts. However, if you wish, we will trade-in earned referral commissions towards an item of your choosing.
When Marketing Coffeehots, What Is Unacceptable?
If an affiliate does the following, a suspension or cancellation will occur:
* Use of www.coffeehots.net or the domain coffeehots.net in the display URL of any Pay Per Click advertising
* The use of coffeehots within your domain as a means of advertising. For example, www.coffeehotsstuff.net
* Electing to compete against us in Pay Per Click marketing for the keywords “coffeehots” or “Coffee Hots”. We will not pay a commission when a potential client is already searching for our site
If Someone Bookmarks Your Site On My Webpage, Returns A Week Or More Later And Makes A Purchase, Will I Receive Commission?
Your click will be tracked for 90 days. This means that if a visitor takes up to 90 days to buy something from Coffeehots, you still receive commission as long as you made the referral. It should be noted that this is only the case if you are the last affiliate link the customer clicked before purchase.

Tiny.ly logs bots and crawlers among its traffic figures. With such a large amount of bots and crawlers online, you will always see a much higher figure for Tiny.ly.
